Sharon Francis has supported the Market since we started in June 2010, and supplies delicious pork from her Gloucester Old Spot and Tamworth pigs.
Sharon is based in Sollershope, just a few miles from Skenfrith, providing great local produce at competitive prices.Not only does Sharon supply great cuts of fresh pork, she also sells her own bacon and sausages, in a variety of flavours from traditional to spicy chilli, - and excellent hand made Scotch Eggs (if you get to the market early enough!).
